One of the greatest honors of my job is the opportunity to assist brave veterans across Colorado and hear their stories about stepping up to serve their fellow Americans. Recently, my office was contacted by a local Colorado veteran who wanted to answer the call of service and reenlist in the Navy. He was honorably discharged due to medical issues, but he eventually became healthy again and desired to reenlist. Even though his doctor medically cleared him, the Navy initially denied his reenlistment and found him medically disqualified. He then contacted my office for help.

Today, Rep. Boebert led a letter with Congressmen Ken Buck and Doug Lamborn in condemning the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for approving Governor Polis’ request to include gender-affirming care as an essential health benefit in Colorado. This will require Medicaid, Medicare, the Children's Health Insurance Program, and private health insurance companies to cover taxpayer-funded permanent, life-altering sex change surgeries for minors.

Rolling Lies
October 25, 2021

Rep. Boebert stated: "Let me be clear. I had no role in the planning or execution of any event that took place at the Capitol or anywhere in Washington, DC on January 6th. With the help of my staff, I accepted an invitation to speak at one event but ultimately I did not speak at any events on January 6th. With all the crises America faces, from Afghanistan to the invasion at our southern border, Nancy Pelosi and radical House Democrats passed the so-called “Women’s Health Protection Act” to codify Roe v. Wade and legalize the on-demand murder of preborn children across the country. I was proud to join Students for Life of America in fighting against this radical bill.
