The Biden Regime has refused to act on this issue, so I’ve taken matters into my own hands. America is experiencing an invasion and the worst border crisis in our country’s history. Since Biden took office, over 8 million illegal aliens have crossed the southern border, and more than 6.2 million illegals have been caught and released into the interior of the United States. And that's just accounting for those we're aware of, excluding the 'got-aways'.

As we move ahead into 2024, it's important to look back on the past year and learn from our experiences. When I started my second term in January 2023, I promised the people of Colorado's Third Congressional District that I would do everything I could to make sure their voices were heard. I pledged to work on laws that directly impact their lives and to stand up against corrupt Washington bureaucrats. And I'm happy to say, that's exactly what I did.

When you read the title “A Nation in Debt,” you may think of the $33 trillion debt the United States currently holds. If that’s where you first shift your attention, I understand; however, there is a debt more significant than any money we owe. We owe a debt to the millions of veterans who have faithfully served our country and risked their lives for the freedoms we enjoy today.

Our country is at a turning point. Inflation continues to drive up prices across the nation, our border crisis is as severe as it has ever been, and our closest ally, Israel, is at war. We have a President who keeps putting America last, a Senate that puts Ukraine first, and a House with no leader. Despite the numerous obstacles we face, I remain confident that we will overcome them and ultimately deliver the results that you, the American people, deserve. It all begins with ensuring that we have a patriotic Speaker of the House who will put America first and put our country back on track.

While many Members of Congress were on break for six weeks, I certainly was not. I spent that time working hard traveling Colorado’s Third Congressional District and meeting with the great people I am honored to represent.
