Good morning and welcome to the latest edition of the Boebert Bulletin, where you'll learn more about the work Congresswoman Lauren Boebert has done for the 4th District in Colorado and in Congress over the past few weeks!
PRESS RELEASES
Reps. Lauren Boebert and Gabe Evans Introduce Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP) Improvement Act- As ranchers and farmers voluntarily retire farm acreage to comply with conservation requirements, the United States Department of Agriculture has supplied CREP participants with payments to make agriculture leaders whole. The CREP Improvement Act makes adjustments to the payment structure that incentivizes more farmers and ranchers to participate and reforms the payment formula to apply retroactively to water and conservation agreements.
Reps. Lauren Boebert and Tom Tiffany's Gray Wolf Bill Passes Through House Natural Resources Committee- The bill delists the gray wolf from the Endangered Species List, prioritizes the safety and success of America's agriculture community, removes the ability of progressive, activist judges to get in the way of science and allows states to set their own rules and regulations for managing their gray wolf population.
Rep. Lauren Boebert Calls On USDOT and DOGE to Reevaluate Federal Funding of Front Range Passenger Rail- Lawmakers and constituents from Douglas County and across the 4th Congressional District have expressed serious concerns over the current plans and the potentially billions in federal taxpayer funding that could go towards the project, which many in Douglas County do not believe is necessary and would harm their quality of life.
